when a group of leaders from 10 churches met to discuss the common
problems which were affecting their congregations and communities. Since the
first meeting, additional churches have joined the Nehemiah Project and work
cooperatively on special projects.

Lutheran Churches and help them find new directions for their ministries, which

Goal
The St. Paul Health and Wellness Ministry in partnership with the Nehemiah
Project and the Association of Black Women Physicians will present the 1st
Annual Health Fair at the most recent Nehemiah Project site located in the
Historic West Adams Avenues of Los Angeles. The address is 2535 9th Avenue
the starting time is 9 am and will conclude at 2 pm. This event is partially funded
by a community grant from Kaiser Permanente, West Los Angeles.
