    concerns that need a time of refreshing and relationship building.  

  • NEW BIBLE STUDY ON THE HORIZON: Ray and Bessie Johnson, who live in Pasadena,
    are developing a new Bible study group to begin early this Spring.  Let’s keep this
    blessing in our prayers.

  • Praise Dance Classes begins in September.  Alexis Akingbade and her mom Cheryl
    Bridges are looking for young girls and boys who are interested in praise and modern
    dance for worship.  They are working with choir and music directors on the Fall worship

    The Senior Choir and Children’s Choir are looking for new voices to help lead worship
    and participate in special musicals.

    Assistants:  Jovan Anderson and Jaquan Johnson.  As you have noticed our campus
    and office has had a little more TLC.  These two young college-aged young men have
    been a huge blessing to our Sexton and Pastor.  Thank you Jovan and Jaquan!

    Williams and the Hospitality Committee will need all the help we can get to make this
    year’s Homecoming a blessed success.  Please give your name to Cheryl Bridges
    today.  Our preacher for the Sunday morning will be The Reverend Ronald Rehrer.  
    Reverend Rehrer served St. Paul as senior pastor from 1980-1987. He is presently on
    the Pacific Southwest District of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod Staff.

    our annual Thanksgiving Basket distribution.  Please begin bringing your non-perishable
    goods to church now and remember to mark your financial donations:  Thanksgiving

    100 days away from our annual distribution.  As you are shopping for your family, please

  • Christmas Concert. Sunday, December 4, 2011.  3:00PM.   Mark your calendars. The
    Choir is preparing another blessed choral celebration of the Birth of our Lord Jesus
    Christ.  Jesus is the reason why we live in faith today and forever.

  • Haitian Student to attend Concordia, Irvine: Jean “Enock” Berus, a life-long member of
    Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and School in Port au Prince has been accepted to
    study as a professional church worker.  A committee has been meeting for fundraising.

    someone else who would like to, please contact Pastor Williams, Deacon David
    Burgdorf or Trustee Michael Norfleet.  Please add this to your prayer list.
